let's say 250 million years ago

some African people, for what-ever reason,

wanted to make some atomic bombs

in order for them to make the atomic bombs

they had to first make a factory to make them in

unfortunately for the African People

these African People who wanted to make some

atomic bombs did make the atomic bomb factory

to make the atomic bombs in

the atomic bomb factory was located on the east side

of The Continent Of Africa

the location of this atomic bomb factory was found

by teams of atomic trained people who were from

The White House in The United States of America

unfortunately this atomic factory and the atomic bombs

made in this factory "Did Ruin The African Continent And

The African People."

the trouble that this atomic factory and the atomic bombs made

still carries on to this day of Anno Domini  2012

it is believed today in Anno Domini 2012 that The Medical Problem In
African Heads called crowns and the out of shape brain stem that is
part of the spinal cord is a direct result of the miss-forming of the human

being that can take place when a human being is in contact with atomic

compounds

It is also believed that The Color Of A Human Being can change when

the human is subjected to atomic compounds. Atomic People do believe

that The African Is Black because of being in contact with atomic energy

The White House has done A Very Big Study On This Subject and I think

that all people on the earth should get that information out of The White

House and study it very carefully for the well being of mankind in general

This part of This Overall Report is about A Young Girl that I met in the Fernwood Street and Fort Street area in about 1973.

This Young Half Japanese Girl lived in Victoria for quite a long time. I think that her family were from British Columbia, Canada.

1. This Girl who was still in her teens wanted to study Asian Alternative Medicine.

2. one day when she was out walking she met a group of Japanese Medicine
    People from Japan

3. The Young Girl and this group of Japanese Medicine People got to know one
    another and The Medical Group from Japan taught The Young Girl some of
    their Asian Alternative Medicine Ideas

One of the things that this Japanese group taught The Young Girl was how to change the color of a human beings skin. This changing the color of the human beings skin also does carry on with the peoples children as well.

The Japanese Medical Group were investigating the changing of peoples skin color but they did not think that anyone in the area of Victoria was involved in it

The Young Half Breed Japanese Girl was not involved in it

at that time i was not involved in it so i did not bother to learn how changing peoples color was done

I never did meet The Japanese Medical Group

after awhile The Young Girl went and lived somewhere else and i never did see her again

We will now look at a problem that the nations of Finland, Sweden and Norway have had for awhile. The people of Finland, Sweden and Norway call this problem a Negro African Problem. It is believed by the people of these nations that not long ago there came Negros from Africa into these nations under the disguise of hiding and these Negro Africans did breed with the people of these nations which made a half breed African in these nations.The people in these nations class this as very

serious trouble making from the continent of Africa and have tried to correct this problem even by throwing out of their nations the Believed African Trouble Makers with their half breed African children. This throwing out of The African People did not work, meaning that it did not correct the problem at all. Then these nations came up with another idea as to what might have brought about his Black African Influence, "That Was Detestably Not Wanted." These nations then said that they

were secretly invaded by different Eskimo Peoples from the northern snow ice districts of their countries. These three countries made all kinds of laws etc. to erase this Black African Influence but were unable to overcome this terrorizing situation of possibly being over run by The Black African. Just one of these countries measures was in the higher mountain passes where these Negro Black lived they were outlawed to cross national borders and enter the nearby country.
These countries tried to localize these Negro Black and erase them somehow. None of these three countries were successful in erasing This Negro Black Influence.

But I say look at this possibility.

How about doing now an updated study on how to change peoples color.

To this Japanese Medical Group how to change peoples color is very easy to do and it does go a long way back into our modern history.

just maybe someone with the no-how changed the color of The Finlandish, The Swedish and The Norwegian Peoples who are in question here

just maybe The African Black of Finland, of Sweden and of Norway are really their own people who have had their color changed by some unknown person

Just maybe The African Black of Finland are real Finland People not Negro Black Africans at all.

Just maybe The African Black of Sweden are real Sweden People not Negro Black Africans at all.

Jusr maybe The African Black of Norway are real Norway People not Negro Black Africans at all.

I think that this situation should be very seriously looked into.

Those Africans ruined every African man, woman and child and everything else like animals etc. On The Entire African Continent. It does seem true that nothing properly survived That Terrible Atomic Compound Blow Down And Atomic Spread Around Of Atomic Compounds On The Entire  African Continent.
