This very serious, "LARGE," murder report took place in Beacon Hill Park, Victoria, British
Columbia,Canada. This Very serious, "LARGE," murder report took place in about the month

S. Fenwick, do plan to charge by courts of law the people who are guilty of This
Murder Case. The people who are guilty of This Very Large And Very Serious Murder Case
will be charged in Other Countries not in Canada where these murders took place at. I
believe that Canada will not charge these guilty people at all. Therefore when the guilty
people do go out side of Canada to Another, Other , Countries, if possible they will be picked
up by that Other Countries Proper Authourities and properly charged by their own courts of
law for committing these murders.

are written up here in this report About Capital Punishment are pertaining to
Nations That Are Outside Of Canada. There are still nations in the world today that Still
Practice Capital Punishment. This overall case is definitely about a very large murder case
and then about quite large murder cases that have taken place in the exact same area in
the past. I, Murray S. Fenwick, does say that it is very unlikely that those nations that are
in the world today Who Still Practice Capital Punishment would ever release The Murderers
who did commit such large murder scenes in their country that is outside of Canada. Some
of my statements about murder scenes in this report are about very large murder scenes that
took place in and about Victoria, B.C.,Canada. If a Canadian is caught in that far away land
outside of Canada for committing murder then that Canadian just might suffer Capital
Punishment Themselves. I, Murray S. Fenwick, does severely worn my Readers to be very
careful just where you travel to outside of Canada and just what you do there because
other countries do have laws that you might not know anything what-so-ever about and you
just might find yourself in a court of law trying to defend yourself against some of that
countries laws that you knew nothing what-so-ever about.

Attack took place on.
2. By being present and in The Apartment Block The Gloomy Rainy Night that
The Illegal Gas Attack Took place on and being an eye witness to The Illegal
Gas Attack.
3. Also after The Illegal Gas Attack took place I was talked to by Policemen
and by medical people.

I, Murray S. Fenwick,, have chosen to write this report in "RED LETTERING," in order to speak
out against what did happen in this quite "LARGE," very serious murder report, more than
if This Report were written in Black Lettering Only. Red Lettering can be used to "High Light
Some Things At Times."
This very serious, "Large," murder report does fit in with the report that is with it because of
The Notorious Mentally Ill Fighter Gang that was inovolved in The Electric Chair in Victoria,
which was located in exactly the same area as this very serious, "LARGE," mujrder case.
That is why I put these two murder cases together.
The, "ILLEGAL," Electric Chair Mentally Ill Gang could have very easily been involved in The
Other very serious, "LARGE," murder case that took place right in Beacon Hill Park which was
part of the area that The Electric Chair Mentally Ill Gang did roam around in. The Electric Chair
Mentally Ill Gang did have Beacon Hill Park as part of their own grounds that they did roam
around in.
I, Murray S. Fenwick, did have some business to attend to in Victoria at this time. I moved to a
nice apartment in Victoria about the month of March, 1986 Anno Domini. I was going to live in
the apartment for a little while in order to finish the business that I had to catch up on.
Readers: You have to know right here that I, Murray S. Fenwick, did faithfully go to the Victoria
Police Station that is located in Victoria, China Town, on Fisgard Street. I did go to
this specific Police Station at least 25 times about the serious trouble that was taking place in
and about the apartment block. The Police in This Specific Police Station did get to know me
quite well.
1. The very first thing that did take place was A Prominent Man in this community of Victoria
did explain to me the murder death of 60 people that had just taken place in Beacon Hill
Park. Because of the location of the murders The Mentally Ill Electric Chair Gang could
have very easily been involved in This Extra Large Murder Scene.. The People who did
see the dead murdered people did not know whether the murdered victims were Japanese
Visitors who had just come from Japan to Victoria on a boat for a holiday or were Local
Indians. The ship bringing The Japanese Visitors was proven to be right here from Japan.
What made The Onlookers think that the dead people might be Local Indians is the fact
that the dead people had blankets with them that did remind The Onlookers about The
Local Indians at times carrying blankets with them. The Onlookers did know that The
Japanese Visitors could have just purchased blankets themselves and were just carrying
the blankets around with them until they would go back to their ship and store the
blankets on board ship until they did go home to Japan with them. I, Murray S. Fenwick,
does believe that these dead people along with other dead people who have been killed
in Beacon Hill Park and In Other Areas of Victoria might have been gassed to death by
"The Hidden Atomic Submarine Base" that is located underneath Victoria City. It is
possible that Atomic Gas did leak out of that submarine base and did drift about Victoria
and did kill people off. Also there is A Jewish Community in this area who have been
investigated by The American White House and That Jewish Community is definitely
blamed By The White House for committing these overall murders that have taken place
through out a long period of time. Police came to the place of these murders and negatively
just through "The Bodies Od The Dead," indiscriminately right off of the beach front of
Dallas Road, Beacon Hill Park, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The Police did not
put through "An Intensive Investigation," as to who the dead, murdered, people were or
how these murders took place. The Police did not make A Public Statement as to how
these people were killed.
2. The second thing that did happen to me after I had moved into the apartment is quite A
Prominent Man in this community and abroad in a foreign nation did enter my apartment
without my permission and did rob my apartment. I proved that this Prominent Man Did
Do This. A lot of trouble came out of this robbery. That Prominent Man did intentionally
also stretch and place about live, "Plugged In Electrical Wiring," that could very easily
start and cause a fire in my apartment. When I, Murray S. Fenwick, did inquire why "The
Plugged In Electrical Wiring," was put into my apartment The Prominent Man said to me
that I did that myself, "Fire Attempt Myself," which was a lie and that I, Murray S. Fenwick,
have been caught trying to commit "ARSON" by trying to burn down my apartment by
Intentionally Starting An Electrical Fire in my own apartment.
3. The third thing that did happen to me in this apartment was that A Teenage Young Men's
Gang did tell me about a lot of trouble that did happen in and around about this apartment
itself. This Teenage Young Men's Gang Was A Jewish Gang. This Young Men's Gang
had a name which was "The Sir Lancelot Knight Hood Gang." This Young Men's
Teenage Gang that was named The Sir Lancelot Knight Hood Gang was named that
name because The Jewish Children in that gang did like playing at Knight's In Shining
Armor. These Jewish Children did not play at cowboys and indians they played at
Knight Hood Things, Re-enactments. The ages of The Young Men in this gang ranged
from children, through teenagers to full grown men. I do not know if there were women
in this gang or not.
4. The fourth thing that did happen to me is Those Teenage Young Men did tell me about an
Indian man from Alaska who lived next door and who was always sitting out back of his
house cleaning his fire arms.
5. The fifth thing that was told to me by The Prominent Man and The Teenage Young Men is
there had been a fire in one of the apartments in this quite large apartment block. No one
did really understand why that fire did take place. The people who did investigate that
apartment fire did believe that the fire was intentionally done but they did believe that the
fire intentionally done made no sense what-so-ever. The Prominent Man and The Teenage
Young Men were definitely very mixed up trying to understand that apartment intentionally
done fire scene. I, Murray S. Fenwick, does believe that it is very possibly the truth that
The Prominent Man did intentionally burn down this apartment himself.
6. The sixth thing that did happen to me is the following. One sunny day when I was coming
home to my apartment from being out for a walk a lot of people from the apartment in
general were located at the post office boxes that were located at the front of the apartment.
All of these people were involved in robbing all of those mail boxes. When all of These
Criminal People saw me, Murray S. Fenwick, coming along the sidewalk, home, they all
agreed together to "FALSELY ACCUSE ME FOR ROBBING ALL OF THE MAIL BOXES,"
that were located at the front of the apartment right where all of those people were located
and in the process of robbing all of those mail boxes. All together The Criminally Minded
Large Group Of People tried to "FALSELY." accuse me of robbing all of those mail boxes
but THEIR FALSE ACCUSATIONS SOON FELL DOWN because I was out for a walk and I
was not around the apartment block at all. Also the large group of people were caught right
there at the mail box location and with their very own hands right inside of each and every
robbed mail box.
7. The seventh negative thing that did happen to me is the following. One day The White Haired
Drug Addict Prostitute Girls who did live in the apartment and who did also live nearby were
lieing down in the hallways of my apartment block and all of them were shouting their heads off.
When I, Murray S. Fenwick, went to walk by Those White Haired Prostitutes all of them shouted
at me to give them my guns and good bullets that I had stored up properly in my apartment. They
all shouted to me that they, "Now Wanted Real Live Gun Action In Their Gang." I, Murray S.
Fenwick, did talk to These Drug Addict, White Haired, Prostitute Girls about cleaning up their
lives and did refuse totally to these girls to give them my guns and good bullets. For some reason
These White Haired, Drug Addict, Prostitute Girls were "ADAMANT," on having really good bullets
to go with the guns that they wanted. After this shout down I carried on to my apartment.
8. The eighth negative thing that did happen to me is the following. I entered the apartment block and
was proceeding to go to my own apartment when some white haired women accosted me in the
hallway and did demand me to come with them immediately to their apartment. This was not the
first time that this did happen to me. I refused to go with these white haired women before. This
time I did go with those white haired women but I did refuse to go into their apartment that a
person could see from the hallway door was filled with negros. I could not identify these white
haired women at all. I cannot say at all that these white haired women were the same white haired,
drug addicts, prostitute women. There was a lot of shouting from the negros in that apartment
at me that made no sense. After awhile I simply went down the hallways to my own apartment
and put a note down in my Bad Book Of Rememberances about this negative scene that just
took place at the negro filled apartment.
Readers: In this ninth negative thing right here that did happen to me the following was one of the
negative things proven to The Sir Lancelot Gang. The Sir Lancelot Gang told me, Murray
S. Fenwick, that they just proved that "The Burglars" were breaking into my apartment mainly to
steal my guns and good ammunition that I had stored away properly in my apartment. This here
statement has to been carefully studied by The Proper Authorities in order to clear up this bad
negative case that has hurt "The Innocent People" who have been hurt in "This Overall Negative
Murder Case." The Sir Lancelot Gang told me that during the chasing away of "The Burglars" and
the shouting and hollering that went on that they got the information out of "The Burglars" that they
were breaking into Murray S. Fenwick's apartment to steal his guns and gun ammunition. 9. The
ninth negative thing that did happen to me is the following. Some "BURGLARS," climbed up the out
side wall of the apartment to break into my individual apartment. The "BURGLARS," were seen and
shouted at and they climbed back down the wall of the apartment building to the ground and did run
away. I went outside and did check this out with The Sir Lancelot Gang. There were enough things
of one kind or another to support the "BURGLARS," climb up the out side wall of the apartment building. The Sir Lancelot Gang told me about a man nest door who was always out back on his
lawn or his house's back step cleaning a set of fire arms, guns, that he had.This neighbours constant gun cleaning scene seemed to The Sir Lancelot Gang to be very odd, peculiar, indeed. I think that The Sir Lancelot Gang said to me that the man doing this gun scene, cleaning, next door was A Tlingit Indian from Alaska. This "REPEATED," gun cleaning scene did seemed to startle The Sir Lancelot Gang "REPEATEDLY." It was told to me, Murray S. Fenwick, by The Sir Lancelot Gang, that there was constant trouble just over and across this back fence in this immediate area both on the ground and in the buildings right here next to the fence itself. At any rate The Sir Lancelot Gang some how chased "THE BURGLARS" away.I still think that this number nine statement should be looked into by The Appropriate Public Authorities especially the constant gun cleaning that always was taking place next door. The Sir Lancelot Gang told me that they were always, constantly, on watch in this area.
9. The tenth bad negative thing that did happen to me is the following. It was reported to me that
3, three, Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen, were murdered, killed, in the area of the
apartment's swimming pool. It was said to me that The Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen
had come to the apartment to begin a serious investigation about the serious crimes that were
being committed at this apartment block. The bodies of The Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen
were rudely discarded into "A Swimming Pool" but I do not know whether it was the apartment's
swimming pool or a swimming pool or swimming area that was located next door in Beacon Hill
Park. Beacon Hill Park next door does have quite a large number of water areas that are very
nice.
Readers: It is very important that you do remember this following writing right here because it
could have very seriously and very easily be the information necessary to know
about in order to understand part of this case that did "NEGATIVELY AFFECT" a lot of "Innocent People" not just myself, Murray S. Fenwick.
Readers: At this point of this report I will put in here something that did happen that might have
been understood wrongly and used against me wrongly. This something that did happen
is the following. This same day that I, Murray S. Fenwick, was out back of the apartment talking
to The Sir Lancelot Gang there were some of the local "White Haired cigaret smoking, alcohol
drinking and illegal drug using prostitute women there with all of us also. They were interested in
what we all were talking about and they said a few welcomed comments also. In the process of
our talk I, Murray Fenwick, did publicly say to those people present that because of The 3 Royal
Canadian Mounted Police being murdered right here on the apartment's grounds that it is very
possible to have more Royal Canadian Mounted Police show up right here on the apartment lawn,
grounds, and shoot down the people who just did shoot down Those 3 Royal Canadian Mounted
Policemen. I said that The Police do have their rights and they are hired to uphold the laws of
the land of Canada and to keep the peace. Because Of The 3 Royal Canadian Mounted Police
being murdered right here when they were starting an investigation and were trying to keep the
peace etc. it is very possible that more Royal Canadian Mounted Police will come right here to
this apartment's grounds and try to arrest those guilty people who did commit the out right murder
of Those 3 Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen, this time with their own guns in their hands,
By shooting down Those 3 Innocent Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen did very seriously
change the legal situation right here on this apartment buildings lawn, grounds. I, Murray S.
Fenwick, did say that "NOW" since Those 3 Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen have been
murdered that More Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen could very seriously show up right here
on this apartment's lawn, grounds, with their guns drawn and by trying to keep the peace and
uphold the laws of this land of Canada very justifiably find it necessary to shoot down those
people who did commit the murder of Those 3 Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen. This shoot
down of The Guilty Murderers who did "JUST NOW" did shoot down Those 3 Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen could take place very easily should The Guilty Murderers Seriously Resist
Police Arrest.
10. The eleventh bad negative thing that did happen to me is the following. One night there was a
lot of trouble being made in the apartment in general. I, Murray S. Fenwick, did write a short
note and did tape that short note onto the outside, hall side, of the apartment manager's office
door. The note said, "I, Murray S. Fenwick, will be going once again, to The Police Station, on
Fisgard Street, Victoria, and will be telling them about this nights trouble making. I will also be
talking to The Police about the murder of Those 3 Innocent Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen.
Because 3 Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen have just been murdered right here in this
apartment I do worn this apartment people to be very carefull about what they do until The
Police get here and protect them, us, against the murderers that are obviously in and around

Readers: The following mistake, "CRIME," is what happened. This was proven true by The
Police Station and By The British Columbia Mental Health.
1. It has been proven that One Of Those White Haired Cigarette Smokers, Alcoholics and
Illegall Drug Users did go to the manager's office door and did read my note that I had
taped there and did remove my note and did destroy my note and then did the following
mistake, "CRIME."
2. Then The White Haired Prostitute got The Mistaken Idea, "CRIME," into her mind that Murray
S. Fenwick, was intending to kill people with his guns that he had stored in his apartment.
Readers: It does appear that these, This Set Of White Haired Prostitutes, were being looked
after by A Special Police Set.
3. Therefore when The White Haired Prostitute had The Drugged, False Idea, In Her Mind, that
Murray S. Fenwick, was going to shoot somebody down illegally, she went out of doors,out
from the apartment into A Cold Rainy Night and did pick up a thrown away piece of paper out
from a drop drain location from off of the rainy street and did write up her own DRUGGED UP,
IMMAGINED UP IDEA of what Murray S. Fenwick was going to do with his guns.
Readers: This note that The White Haired Prostitute did write has been studied a whole lot and
it has been proven that The White Haired Prostitute did write that note and that Murray
S. Fenwick had nothing to do with that particular note that The White Haired Prostitute did turn
in to The Phoned Up Policeman=men. The White Haired Prostitute did write that Drug Induced
Imagined Up Note Herself and did turn The Note Of Her Own Drugged Up Imaginings, into The
Phoned Up Policeman=men as her evidence against Murray S. Fenwick.
4. What happened right here is The Drugged Up White Haired Prostitute did write that note herself
and I mean the note that she did turn in to The Policeman=men as her evidence that she found
out that Murray S. Fenwick was intending to kill people with his guns that he had stored up in his
apartment.
5. The White Haired Prostitute did walk along the rainy street to a phone somewhere and did phone
up The Police and in her drugged up mind did tell The Police her great big drugged up fantasy,
story, that she had dreamed up in her drugged up mind.
Readers: The Police listened to, harkened to, The White Haired Drugged Up, Drunk, Prostitute
and a lot of Policemen did come to the apartment with their Police Car lights flashing
in all directions and their cruise's sirens roaring on through out the rainy night and the neighbourhood..
6. The Police did talk with The White Haired Drugged Up, Drunk, Prostitute, and did get the note
that she had written out on a rain soaked, thrown out, discarded peice of paper,from her and
then did decide on their line of how to attack Murray S. Fenwick in order to arrest him and to
secure his fire arms from him in order to protect The Innocent People that The Drugged Up,
Drunk, White Haired Prostitute Immagined that Murray S. Fenwick was going to kill, shoot down.
Readers: Get This.
7. The seventh negative thing that did happen to me is the following. It is thought, believed, that
A Policeman did think that arresting Murray S. Fenwick, was going to be very tough, hard and
a dangerous thing to do, get done, with possible gun play, once again taking place at this
apartment block. Therefore it is believed that The Policeman did intentionally break the law
by bringing from The Police Station "A Carefully Locked Up New Can Of White Knockout Gas"
that was in a certain vault in The Police Station Under Lock And Key. This gas was illegal to
use on anybody and was locked up until it was picked up to be destroyed. This illegal gas was
believed to be taken to the apartment by The Policeman and released into the apartment and
then outside of the apartment into the local community at large in order to knock The Falsely
Reported Victim Murray S. Fenwick Out in order for The Policemen to capture his guns in
order to protect The Innocent People that The White Haired Prostitute Set Had Drunkenly
and Drugged Mindedly Imagined that Murray S. Fenwick was going to kill. This is exactly
what all of the people who were present that night and who were both in the apartment
and who were around about in the immediate area did think and believe was done by A
Policeman from The Fisgard Police Station in Victoria. Basically everyone in the apartment
and in the local neighbourhood was knocked out by this can of white gas that was for quite
some time now illegal to use. I, Murray S. Fenwick, does not believe that this was done.
Readers: Please read the following.
I, Murray S. Fenwick, did have to study this overall case quite a number of times because I
was Falsely Accused by The White Haired Set Of Drugged Up Mindless Prostitutes for
committing murder right here at this apartment. If you study this case closely enough you
will find out that The Illegal White Gas was "QUITE WEAK GAS" and was designed for
"INDOOR USE." The Illegal White Gas would never have gone about the community, out
of doors, and knocked out all of the people present the way that the gas that was used on
us did do that night that this Illegal Gas Attack Did Take Place. Also it was a rainy night and
I, Murray S. Fenwick, does believe that "The Weal Illegal White Gas" would have dispersed
itself out into the atmosphere to much to be effective and the rain would have subdued "The
Weak Illegal White Gas" down to much to be effective on anybody or useful at all.
Readers: Mind you that The Illegal White Gas just might have been mixed with another type
of gas before it was used "ILLEGALY ON US" but this has to be proven out. I,
Murray S. Fenwick, does know that The Illegal White Gas Scene" was never checked out. I,
Murray S. Fenwick, does know that The Fisgard Police were down right accused for attacking
"Innocent People" with Illegal White Gas. I, Murray S. Fenwick, does believe that The Fisgard
Police Station Policemen did not do this.
Readers: I, Murray S. Fenwick, does believe that another type of "Very Strong Gas" was used
"Illegally On Us." I do believe that The Police from The Fisgard Police Station are completely innocent of "Any Type Of Gas Attack What-so-ever" and that The Court Case that is against The Fisgard Police Station be completely dropped and forgotten about.
Readers: This Illegal Gas Mix Up now sets the stage for Another Great Big Blunder that was
done by The Fisgard Street Police Station Policemen. This time it was The Fisgard
Street Police Station Policemen who did do this. "BUT" because The Fisgard Police Station
Policemen were now also terribly, negatively, affected by This Illegal Gas Attack I, Murray S.
Fenwick, does believe that All Of The Policemen have to be seriously forgiven for their Bad
Lines Of Action That Rainy Night.
Readers: This being said I, Murray S. Fenwick, will continue on and report right here what
The Fisgard Police Station Policemen did do wrong That Rainy Night and what
it is that has to be straightened out because of these wrong things being done to Me, Murray
S. Fenwick, and to Other Innocent People That Rainy Night that The Illegal Gas Attack did
take place on.
8. First of all The Fisgard Police Station Policemen were severely under the negative effects
of The Illegal Gas Attack that had just taken place both inside and outside of the apartment
block. Because of being so very negatively effected by The Illegal Gas Attack The Policemen
"DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THE FALSE MURDER CASE THAT
WAS FALSELY ACCUSED AGAINST MURRAY S. FENWICK, BY THE WHITE HAIRED
DRUG ADDICT PROSTITUTES WENT FURTHER ASTRAY." This "FALSE CASE," instead
of being caught up with right here by The Policemen and thoroughly dissolved right here
and forgotten about now went further astray.
9. The Policemen who did come racing to This Apartment Block in order to help The Innocent
People there were all very seriously negatively affected by The Illegal Gas Attack that was
taking place at The Apartment Block And In The Local Area Of The Apartment Block.
Whether a person was in The Apartment Block Or Out Side Of The Apartment Block In The
Local Area Of The Apartment Block, "EVERYONE WAS NEGATIVELY AFFECTED" by The
Illegal Gas Attack.
Readers: The Fisgard Police Station Policemen and Others all did try to do their very best in
trying to handle This Crazy White Haired Prostituted "MAKE BELIEVE CASE," but
because of The Illegal Gas Attacks bad affects on Everybody, I am sorry to say, Everybody
fell down in their job, help, performance.
Readers: When This Illegal Gas Attack happened I, Murray S. Fenwick, was at my type writer
in my apartment and did pass out from the effects of This Illegal Gas Attack, right
over top of the type writer for 2 to 3 hours of time and I did suffer from sever, serious dizziness,
vertigo, for at least 3 day straight.
Readers: Also every one in The Apartment Block were knocked out as well. The Innocent
People could have died by drowning to death in their bath tubs very easily.
Readers: Every one who was out side of The Apartment Block and this does also include The
Innocent People in the general location of The Apartment Block were all knocked
out as well. This knocking out of "EVERY BODY," could very easily have led to robbers robbing
The Innocent People and The Innocent People Drowning in swimming pools etc. All kinds of
crimes could very easily have taken place because of This Illegal Gas Attack that did take place
just because A White Haired Drugged Up Prostitute decided to have An Illegal Drug Induced
Day Dream About Murray S. Fenwick Supposedly Committing Murder Of Every Body With His
Guns and that is the very guns and good ammunitiion, bullets, that The White Haired Drugged
Up Prostitutes did ask Murray S. Fenwick, in no uncertain terms to give over to them for their
very own use. The Illegally Drugged Up White Haired Prostitutes all did shout and scream Their
Illegal Drugged Up Day Dreams, Nightmares, through the phone, to the police department, that
did bring about This Illegal Gas Attack that did "THEN" bring about one of the very worst "Police
Public Mistakes, Scenes," that ever took place in Victoria's history.

Fisgard Street Police Station Policemen. Number 10 is definitely A Con. There

Rainy Evening out side of The Apartment that this Illegal Gas Scene took place at. Readers

The Policemen got themselves organised into a little group and found out just where Murray S.
Fenwick's own home apartment was located aand The Policemen then somehow managed to
"CRAWL AND FALL" along the second story hallway to Murray S. Fenwick's apartment. These
Policemen right here were very Negatively seriously bad affected by The Illegal Gas Attack both
outside of and inside of The Apartment Block.
12. These Policemen could not even stand up properly. I watched them myself and they could not
walk properly or even stand up properly.
13. I watched and did talk to These Policemen and they also from The Negative Bad Affects Of
The Illegal Gas Attack could not, did not, understand properly just where abouts they were
located.
14. This bad affects that The Policemen In General were now suffering from did lead to confusion

politely ask me if I was home and if I was Murray S. Fenwick.
16. Then These Policemen did ask me politely if I was The Murray S. Fenwick, who had tonight
written a note and taped that note onto the manager's office door.

apartment to save their lives from Murray S. Fenwick Wildly Shooting Them All Down With Guns
And Really Good Ammunition that All The White Haired Drug Addict Prostitutes wanted and by no
uncertain terms. Also at this time The Policemen did not know either that The White Haired Drug
Addict Prostitute Set had switched Murray S. Fenwick,s "POSITIVE AND LEGAL NOTE" with A
Falser Note Of False Illegal Lies" and had deceived These Very Policemen with "THAT FALSE
NOTE OF THEIR DRUGGED UP NEGATIVE IMAGININGS."
18. The Policemen asked me politely if they could enter my apartment for a minute or two.
19. I, Murray S. Fenwick, did allow, did invite, These Policemen into my apartment.
20. At my apartment door The Policemen did draw their hand guns on me. I do not know whether
or not These Specific Policemen, when they were at my door, had their hand guns under
proper safety control or not. It looked to me that These Specific Policemen could very easily
"HAVE BEEN KNOCKED DOWN ONTO THE HALLWAY FLOOR< by The Illegal Gas Attack.
Just where These Specific Policemen had their guns located I, Murray S. Fenwick, do not
know.It did look to me, Murray S. Fenwick, that when These Specific Policemen were lieing
down on the hallway floor that they did drop their hand guns onto the hallway floor. No-body
will ever prove that this Specific Policemen Gun Scene did happen in another way. These
Specific Policemen who were at my apartment door were absolutely in no condition at all
to be on the job and it is because of The Severity Of The Illegal Gas Attack.

21. When These Specific Policemen had entered my apartment, after they had picked themselves
up off of the hallway floor they said that it was customary for them to look around about my
apartment.
22. All of a sudden lot of trouble happened. The trouble was caused by These Specific Policemen.
23. The trouble was These Specific Policemen seemed to all of a sudden lose control of their minds
and the three of them did then suddenly began to yell and shout and did, without cause, did throw
my apartment upside down. I believe that The Illegal Gas Attack did make These Specific

24. The Policemen then said to me that they had to take my brand new hand guns and shot guns
and brand new long bows and my 5 brand new hunting knives away from being "Properly Stored
In My Apartment" to The Police Station on Fisgard Street to nbe stored there until this overall
"MURDER CASE" was settled.
25. Then These Specific Policemen did say to me, Murray S. Fenwick, that they had to take me away
in order to have me examined by "A Set Of Doctors."
26. I, Murray S. Fenwick, did very willingly, without arguement, did go along with These Specific
Policemen to be examined by The Set Of Doctors.
27. These Policemen took me as they said they would to see a medical doctor across town.
28. The medical doctor examined me while These Policemen waited patiently for this doctors
report concerning my examination.
29. After about 25-30 minutes the medical doctor did talk to These Policemen and did give them
a written report about my physical condition.
30. The medical doctor asked me very few questions.
31. The medical doctor then told me that I, Murray S. Fenwick, could now go, proceed, with These
Policemen.
32. I stood up and walked out of the door and once again got into These Policemen's Police Car.
33. These Policemen drove me a short distance to Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Hospital, and
asked me to come with them to Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Hospital's, main door.

examined by medical doctors and by mental doctors was to get a proper testimony from
me that could be used in A Proper Court Proceedings that would be run against the guilty people

38. Then other Polite Policemen got involved in shouting at The Eric Martin Attendant, Worker.

40. Then some of The Policemen got onto their Police Car Radios and called up a lot of Police
Cars and Other Polite Policemen to come to Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Hospital's main
door at once, immediately, and help them shoot down, kill, all of Eric Martin,s Employed Staff.

believe that I was being cared for and seriously examined in order for me to be a witness

42. As far as I knew at the time that this Negative Scene did take place and at this later date
when I am writing this report up right here I, Murray S. Fenwick, do still believe that I am
right about The Policemen's And The Doctor's Ideas about how to look after me. The
Policemen And The Doctors showed no aggression against me what-so-ever.

with The Policemen during this gun threat scene against Eric Martin Pavilion,
Mental Hospital, that The Employees Of Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Hospital, did mistreat
some Policemen by drug and shock therapying them without justifyable cause. The

Mental Hospital, in the elevator to an upstairs set of rooms to be talked to etc.
44. As soon as I arrived at this floor and did step out of the elevator about half of the
night staff did tell me that I had to immediately drink mind altering drugs and mind
altering drinks in order for me to be drugged and shocked in my mind. This threat
to my mind and body was totally illegal to do and I and about half of the night staff
protested against this being done illegally to me. This was very sneaky how The
Illegal Employees of Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Hospital, were going about doing
this illegal therapy on people in an illegal manner. There were about 20 Employees
on the night staff in this local area. About half of The Illegal Employees, 10 of them,
wanted to illegally therapy me, Murray S. Fenwick, and about 10 of The White Angel
Employees did not believe that Murray S. Fenwick, should do any thing at all except
have a much needed rest and to be asked questions by the Mental Health Doctor
and by The General Practitioner Doctor in the coming morning. There was absolutely
no doctor of any description on duty at Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Hospital, at this
late hour of the night. What half of The Illegal Employees, 10 of them, were doing by
attacking Murrray S. Fenwick, The Innocent Policemen and Others, by illegally making
them take mind altering drugs and drinks that were classed as therapying people
illegally, was exactly that. Those Illegal Employees were Mind Therapying Innocent
People Illegally.
Readers: Those Sneaky Illegal Employees would just ask The Innocent Unsuspecting
Person to have a nice thirst quenching drink of apple juice and a candy and
that Innocent Person would be mind therapyed for the rest of their lives because that

over Murray S. Fenwick, being drug therapied or not. They attacked Murray S. Fenwick
and The Innocent White Winged Angel Workers Of Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Hospital.
There were Loud Arguements and Fights of Various Descriptions and Shoving People
About for quite some time. The Dark Arts Illegal Employees of Eric Martin Pavilion,
Mental Hospital, were obviously Demon Worshippers, Demon Possessed, and were
obviously intent not just on destroying Me, Myself And I, Murray S. Fenwick, but also
were intent, bent, on destroying The Entire World.
45. During this terrible fighting that was going on The White Angel Employees of Eric
Martin Pavilion, Mental Hospital, shouted out that it has been proven that there is
no doctor on duty or mental health doctor on duty to prescribe Murray S. Fenwick's
drug medications even if he should be put onto drug medications. Even if all of the
doctors were here it is very unlikely that they would prescribe medicine so very fast
for Murray S. Fenwick. It is proven true that Murray S. Fenwick, must be talked with
for many days to find out what did happen at This Gloomy Rainy Night when Illegal
Gas Attack did take place. Murray has to have quite a lot of time to recover from The
Illegal Gas Attack to be talked to in order that he has his senses returned to him and
can understand proper conversational talk. It was said by The White Angel Employees
that a doctor will be here on duty in the morning time and that he will beginhis study of
Murray S. Fenwick then. The White Angel Employees did order The Dark Arts
Employees to definitely leave Murray S. Fenwick alone.
46. At The White Angels saying this The Dark Arts Employees started shouting and blew
up to pieces and started fighting along another idea, line of attack, trying to get Murray
S. Fenwick Illegally Drug Therapyed.
47. At this further attack by The Dark Arts Employees The White Angel Employees simply
shoved all of The Dark Arts Employees into a side room and told them straight to their
face that they are to leave Murray S. Fenwick completely alone or they would call back
The Policemen and literally shoot down and kill All Of You Dark Arts Employees.
48. The Dark Arts Employees grumbled loud at this being said and passed verbal threats in
all directions.
49. The Dark Arts Employees finally said that they would stay in the side room until the
doctor arrived in the morning time but swore lethal oaths to more than kill Murray S.
Fenwick if he is found outside of his bed room or cannot sleep in any way shape or
form and this was said in no uncertain terms.

50. In the morning time the doctor of medicine and the doctor of mental health arrived on
the job at Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Hospital.
51. The doctor of medicine talked with me for awhile and then again and then again and then
he got very firm in talking with me. The doctor of medicine even had Me, Myself and I,
Murray S. Fenwick, move about in the room to different chairs and sofas when he talked
with me.
52. After awhile the doctor of medicine told me that I could be let out of Eric Martin Pavilion,
Mental Hospital, right now, which was the first day of my counseling but For Legal Law
Legalities I have to remain in Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Health Hospital, for at least 3
days.
53. Then the mental health doctor read the medicine doctor's reports about his several talks
with me and told me the same thing, that I, Murray S. Fenwick, could go home right now,
which was the very first day of my counseling but because of The Legal Law Procedures
I was to remain in Eric Martin Pavilion, Mental Health Hospital, for 3 days time.
54. The mental health doctor did talk with me at least 3 times and maybe more than that and
he did read all of the reports of the medical medicine doctor's very carefully.
55. There was "A Very Serious Disturbance" in these counseling rooms when I was present
when both the mental doctor and the medicine doctor did back up The White Angel Set Of
Employees. Both these doctors did tell The Dark Arts Employees that they were not right
trying to medically therapy Murray S. Fenwick, and all of The Dark Arts Employee Set must
go into the side room for a staightening out lesson. The Dark Arts Employees were told to
learn their lesson right now and to go right off right now to the side room for your disciplinary
lesson. The two doctors spoke to The Dark Arts Empl,oyees in no uncertain terms "That The
Doctors Do Prescribe Medicine And That They, The Dark Arts Employees Set, Does Not
Prescribe Medicine And That Is That." I will say something right here. These two doctors
spoke, "POINTEDLY" so very firm To The Dark Arts Employees that the doctor's disciplinary
talk was enough to break the average person's mind right out of them.

released to go home.

who caused The Illegal Gas Attack to take place, On The Down Cast Rainy Night, that did
happen just 3 days previously.
4. The Prominent Man did mistreat me in many ways. The Prominent Man was Very Ignorant
to me in many ways.
5. The Prominent Man also took away my apartment from me. I, Murray S. Fenwick, had no
apartment to come back home to.
6. I, Murray S. Fenwick, did ask The Prominent Man to give me my belongings, things, that I
had in my apartment.
7. The Prominent Man said that the remains of my apartment goods were placed in a small locker
that was located in the basement of of The Large Apartment. The Prominent Man said that The
Police who were in my apartment took away a lot of my things but that was between me and The
Police to straighten out.
8. The Prominent Man told me to go to the basement locker with him right then and to get my things
out of that locker right now or those goods would be taken from me and then I, Murray S. Fenwick,
was to get right out of The Big Apartment and never return.

This Reader, a mere handful of my personal belongings, that I could carry away in just one hand,
and did walk off right away from That Big Apartment. Basically all of my things had been stolen.

The Illegal Drug Outlet Named The Parliament Buildings of Victoria, B.C. This Warehouse House
was very big for the ourpose that it was now being used for which was Storing Illegal Drugs In.
5. The whole area that surrounded The Parliament Buildings of Victoria was Negatively,Seriously,
Depressed Down, by the presence of this Negative Overall Illegal Drug Scene.
6. It has been known for quite a number of years now that there are a lot of Illegal Street Drugs
being used by people who are employed by The B.C. Government and who do have their place
of work right in The Parliament Buildings in Victoria and in Other Government Owned Buildings
