Readers this report took place about the year of 1980 Anno Domini

1. This report took place about the same time that The Proposed New Pass-You-By-Nanaimo
    Highway was taking place.
2. As far as I know this report definitely backed up The Pass-You-By-Nanaimo Highway report.
3. When The-Pass-You-By-Nanaimo Highway failed to be built because the merchants of Nanaimo
    voted against the building of such a highway then the following proposal was brought forward
    against Nanaimo's Citizens.
4. Since The Pass-You-By-Nanaimo Highway proposal did not work the people who did propose
    that highway being built then did propose to literally fence in Nanaimo with "A Giant Fence".

There has been some people from somewhere who do know about Nanaimo's "Atomic Medical
Problem" who did try to "Giant Fence In Nanaimo's Citizens" but who have time and time again
failed to do so.

Readers: Once again I can assure you that Nanaimo's Citizens voted down "The Giant Fence Idea."
